1. Letting's are from Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10 am (other changeover days are possible by prior arrangement).

2. Short breaks are possible – please contact us for further details.

3. Discounts for Long term holidays in Low and Mid Seasons are available. Please     ask for details.

4. Electricity is included. A charge is made in all seasons (obligatory Oct - April) for heating.

5. Further costs are optional :

   Internet  WI-FI access £10 per week or £2.00 daily.
    Bed linen £6 per set
    Towels £3 per person

6. A local tourist tax of around 30p per person per night is payable in addition to the     rental. This will be calculated at the time of booking

7. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

8. Guests are requested not to smoke in any of the rooms.
