The Farmhouse which dates to the turn of the 1900’s has been completely refurbished to a high standard, creating a traditional large living area, with luxurious modern touches to accommodate comfortably up to 8 people.

The house has a Garden room over looking the private back garden with conservatory furniture. There is a large Farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room with a range cooker, American fridge freezer, microwave, cooking equipment, table and chairs and a feature open fire.

A large sitting area with sofas, chairs and a wood burning fire. A wide–screen TV, DVD player and UK satellite TV. A separate dining room with a large table and chairs.

There is also a downstairs modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and over head shower.

On the upper floor there is a separate toilet, 3 large bedrooms all with storage and the master room having an en-suite shower.

Outside, there is a private garden with a small safety covered pond, a large patio and barbecue area equipped with a garden table and chairs. There is also a large summer house with a Play Station 2 and further games.

Guests also have shared use of the fenced above-ground fun pool and children's play area.

There is ample parking space for guests' cars next to the Gites.

During the cooler months (October- April), the gite is fully heated to keep them warm and cosy for guests.
